Founder, RCCGD (RCC Graphic Designs)
My Story
Two decades, one continuous path.
I started RCCGD (RCC Graphic Designs) in 2002 as a graphic design studio in Burlington, Ontario. Over the years it grew into a full digital marketing and business intelligence practice — website development, branding, SEO, paid advertising, and the data systems to know if it’s all actually working.
To date, I’ve served 100+ clients — combining website, e-commerce, CRM, social, advertising, and sales data into one clear picture, then using that picture to make the business grow. When I’m not doing that, I’m usually deep in a good mystery or thriller — a habit that probably explains why I like tracing a data discrepancy back to its source as much as I do.
Along the way, that work has earned recognition for web development excellence and community-voted awards for graphic design, been featured in case studies from the marketing tools I use, covered in a Medium article, and shared on a podcast — and, more importantly, it’s helped clients generate measurable growth in calls, conversions, and new business.

Continuous Learning
Still learning, on purpose.
I treat learning as part of the job, not separate from it. Recent coursework includes Power BI (Desktop, Service, and Advanced DAX), Python and Google Sheets for data analysis, Google Ads and GA4, Microsoft Fabric, and marketing psychology and consumer behavior — skills I bring directly into client work, not just a certificate on a wall.
What Experience Has Taught Me
Lessons, backed by numbers.
Not just principles — results I can point to.
Fix the funnel, not just the front end.
I’ve redesigned lead-to-sale conversion funnels for e-commerce and membership-based businesses, contributing to 20–30% increases in revenue and conversion rates — by tracing every stage from first lead to final sale, not just redesigning a homepage.
Automation should pay for itself.
I evaluate every workflow automation by staff time, labour cost, and ROI — and it shows: some client solutions have cut labour-related process costs by up to 50%.
Be the person clients can actually reach.
Across 100+ client relationships to date, I’m the direct point of contact — not a handoff between departments. The relationship is what keeps people coming back.
Let the data settle the argument.
I build reporting that traces discrepancies back to the source, so decisions are based on what’s actually happening — not on assumptions or a gut feeling.
What Clients Say
In their own words.
Clients describe knowing exactly what their business needs and translating that into a real web presence — not just a deliverable, but a website they were genuinely proud of.

One collaborator summed it up memorably: I sit at the intersection of branding, marketing, web, video, and print — able to move fluidly between all of them on the same project.
